About Michelle O'Connor

Michelle is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a Feminist, and a Body Positive Activist. She has been passionate about self-development since her early years and incorporates this approach into her everyday life. She has a degree in Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies from University of Washington and previously worked professionally for a non-profit organization leading girls and women in discussions around body positivity and the effects of our media driven culture and is passionate about teaching them to fight for themselves. Personally, she is transforming her life with healthy choices based on strength, intention, and awareness and is dedicated to sharing her story and insights to help other women.
