These are so yum, especially when you get quality turkey, cheese, and hummus. I usually pair these with grapes and some simple roasted veggies such as broccoli and sweet potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Quality sliced turkey
  • Sliced Havarti Cheese
  • Hummus
  • Red pepper
  • Salad greens
  • Whole grain tortillas

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus on the whole grain tortilla, then layer a piece of turkey and havarti and some salad greens.
  2. Roll up the tortilla, keeping things tight.
  3. Cut into 2ish inches rounds and slide sliced red pepper in the middle for color and crunch.
