These are so yum, especially when you get quality turkey, cheese, and hummus. I usually pair these with grapes and some simple roasted veggies such as broccoli and sweet potatoes.

Ingredients
- Quality sliced turkey
- Sliced Havarti Cheese
- Hummus
- Red pepper
- Salad greens
- Whole grain tortillas
Instructions
- Spread hummus on the whole grain tortilla, then layer a piece of turkey and havarti and some salad greens.
- Roll up the tortilla, keeping things tight.
- Cut into 2ish inches rounds and slide sliced red pepper in the middle for color and crunch.
